Yes – no AI surcharge. Bring your own API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure etc.) or use our proxy. No additional costs.
Can I upgrade from Free to SMB?
At any time. Your data is preserved. Payment via Stripe Customer Portal – prorated billing for user changes.
Is there a trial?
Sparks Free is permanently free for up to 5 users. Plus: 30-day SMB trial without credit card.
What does Enterprise / On-Premise cost?
Individual pricing based on user count and deployment model. Full infrastructure (Synapse/tuwunel, Keycloak) can be deployed on-premise.
How is billing calculated?
Active users × price. SMB from €8/user/month (annual) or €12/user/month (monthly).
